Cancellations of Orders:
Unpaid offline orders can be canceled anytime without further charges. If you cancel your paid order, and we have not prepared or packed it yet, you will be charged a $ 10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of Prepared/packed orders will be also charged with a 20% restocking fee on the cost of the products along with the cancellation fee.

Acceptable Payments:
Payments can be made by Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or Postal Money Order.

When mailing in your payment, please include your phone number, a copy of your invoice or order # , your email address and your shipping address inside the envelope.  Please advise us by email that you have sent a payment via First Class Mail, also understand there is no guarantee the product you have on your invoice will be in stock when paying by mail. 

Should an item you ordered be out of stock at the time we process your shipment a refund will be sent to you.  Once we receive your payment it may take up to 14 days delay time for your payment to clear. From the time you mail your payment, we receive and process it, expect three weeks total for your order to ship.  Due to the nature of most of our products, natural, beauty and health all sales are final.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of bath & beauty products there are no returns on these items including vegetable oils, nut oils, butters, fragrance , essential, all powders & minerals including Cosmesis Skin Care. We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and returned, thus it cannot be resold. Special care is taken to ensure your products will arrive to you in good condition.

When purchasing skin care products we do advise you read all the information on usage, how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. All of this information is available on our webpage prior to purchasing.

Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will give you a RMA number to return the item.  Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued.
