This is a Camo Green with lots of  gorgeous shimmer, that transforms from a subtle glow applied dry,  to simply dazzling when used wet.  Makes a beautiful Eyeliner, applied wet. 

This velvety loose powder blends effortlessly, does not crease or fade, and can be used dry for a sheer wash of color or with a wet brush for more intense color and luminosity. This Eye Shadow is much darker than it appears in the photo.
