Clouds of Heaven

This is a soft pale Blue with lots of shimmer .  Apply this shade with a wet brush to really work some magic! 

Imagine yourself laying on soft grass in a field of  flowers looking up in the sky at the Heavens.  

This velvety loose powder blends effortlessly, does not crease or fade, and can be used dry for a sheer wash of color or with a wet brush for more intense color and luminosity.
