Charcoal Mineral Eye Liner

Apply Wet or Dry.  To apply our Eye Liner Powders or Eye Shadows as an eyeliner simply wet a thin eye lining brush and dip into the lid of the eye shadow container. With a steady hand, guide the brush over the top of your eyelid, right where your lashes meet your skin.

Tip:   For an Easy Eyeliner Sealant,  try Visine for eyes.   It works as a sealant for MMU powder liners, use this in place of water.  Dip your brush in a drop of Visine  (in your lid) and then into your liner powder, swirl the powder onto your brush and apply, this will last until you take it off.

Who would of thought it would be so easy, and, it is safe for eyes!
